30-Day Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date their order is marked as delivered.

No Returns Accepted
Vantrex™ does not accept product returns.
We do not require customers to ship products back to us. Instead, all requests are reviewed based on the information you provide. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Please do not send products back to us, as returned packages will not be processed.
Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may not be approved for situations including, but not limited to:
